I started with one of James’s programs December 2022 and it was the catalyst to changing my whole mindset and attitude to fitness and nutrition.
I’m now up at 6am training in the gym before work. This would have been unthinkable before being coached by James.
I also have my wife on board who helps me with preparing my meals on a daily basis.
I’ve now lost well over 10kg of fat.
That’s not the most important part.
For me it was about seeing the bigger picture and making it part of my lifestyle.
Being coached by James and being on the journey with other men gave me the momentum and encouragement I needed.

The Burn and Build program really laid out perfectly how I should be training at the gym and exactly what I should be eating on a daily basis to try and lose fat and build muscle.
Also, the weekly performance zoom calls where invaluable to keeping me accountable and making any slight just adjustments needed to keeping me moving forward towards my weekly goals.

What can I say other than I’ve been coached online by James for 3 years now. I started doing his programs during covid-19.
I would say the biggest advantage to someone who runs his own business and has a young family is that James simplifies both training and nutrition.
James showed me the importance of nutrition and in particular a very simple method of controlling calories which helped me get in better shape in my 40’s than I was in my 20’s.
I would say this is what makes coach James stand out. His knowledge on nutrition and training is vast but he keeps it simple.
